Cheryne Blom is a Self-Empowerment Coach and the author of The Courage to be You. She is passionate about helping you discover the best version of you.

Cheryne offers a multitude of life skills to assist you in achieving a life of calm, clarity and confident courage. Her intuitive and integrative approach is an eclectic combination of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), positive psychology, CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), stress management, mindfulness, grounded spiritualism, wellness and her own wisdom to help you create a practical and logical plan to enjoying authentic happiness in your life.
